We’re always on the lookout for talent to build our teams in finance, sales and marketing, and human resources, health, safety, environment, and security (HSE&S), and other functions. We do not always run formal training programs for graduates looking to join us in professional business support roles.

What you need
For commercial roles, typically we’re seeking people who:

speak English : ability to achieve level 5 on a global English test

have completed a four-year degree or MBA within the past 24 months in

have at least three of the following:

have the legal right to work in the country in which you apply.

We’re looking for people who are motivated and persistent, as well as resilient and adaptable. You’ll also need to show creative problem-solving and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Depending on the geographic area in which you live, there may be specific employment requirements according to your location, which will be explained during the application process.
